"Rice fields covering 1,169 hectares in Tanjungpura sub-district," Coordinator of the Tanjungpura agricultural technical service unit Mariono, said here, Sunday.
A dike burst worsened the flooding in West Pematang Cengal and East Cengal Pematang villages.
In West Pematang Cengal village, flood submerged rice fields measuring 315 hectares.
Floods also inundated 303 hectares of rice fields in Pematang Cengal village, and 47 hectares of rice fields. (WDY)
