Ottawa (Antara Bali) - The fall in the price of gasoline to help maintain inflation does not rise for November, Canada's statistics agency said on Friday.

Canadians paid 2.0 percent more for goods and services in November compared to a year ago, according to Statistics Canada.

However, the inflation rate fell from 2.4 percent in October - largely due to lower gasoline prices by 5.9 percent to their lowest level since February 2011, the agency said.

However the price of electricity, meat, natural gas, passenger vehicles and food restaurants increased. (MFD)
