Denpasar (Antara Bali) - Bali police have put up pictures of four terrorist prisoners who recently escaped from Tanjung Gusta prison in Medan in several locations as an anticipatory measure against security problem.

"We have spread their pictures and identities to anticipate against security threats," Bali's regional police command chief Inspector General Arif Wachyunadi said when inspecting homebound traffic monitoring command post at the island's Ngurah Rai airport here on Sunday.

He said the pictures of the escapees had been put up in several strategic locations and business centers. At Ngurah Rai airport the pictures are among others put up at the domestic and international arrival terminals, he said.

The Bali police have also taken anticipatory measures in connection with dynamites that have gone in Bogor, West Java, and have not yet been found until now.

One of the four terrorist prisoners whose pictures have been put up in several locations in Bali is Fadli Sadama bin Mahmudin alias Can alias Zaid alias Fernando alias Buyung alias Ade (290 who used to live on Jalan Ilyas Gang Damai Nomor 2, Sei Mati, Medan, North Sumatra.

Fadli, who was sentenced to 11 years in jail and is expected to be released on December 11, 2021, escaped along with Abdul Gani Siregar (28), who was sentenced to 11 years in jail, Agus Sunyoto alias Syafiruddin (25), sentenced to six years in jail and Nibras alias Arab alias Amir alias Wawan (22).

Police appealed to the public to report to the nearest police station in case they found and saw them or called 110. (DWA)
