Jakarta, June 10 (Antara) - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Azwar Abubakar stated that Chief Information Officers (CIO) have a very important role in bureaucracy reform, particularly in implementing the use of information and communication technology (ICT).
