Boyolali (Antara Bali) - A passenger bus PO Puspa Jaya rolled over down the road between Semarang and Solo in Central Java on Sunday leaving three passengers dead and number of other passengers injured.
The buss with 30 passengers overturned after breaking sharply to avoid crashing into a car which ran slowly near a fuel filling station in Kenteng.The bus driver turned the bus sharply to the left before it rolled over, a survivor said.
Head of the Boyolali traffic police unit Adj. Comr. Hendrawan Hasan, said police could not say the cause of the accident. It is still being investigated, Hendrawan said. Around 26 injured passengers are receiving medical treatment at a hospital in Boyolali. (*/M038)
