Pekanbaru (Antara Bali) - A Malaysian national, TA (38) was arrested for carrying 315 gram methamphetamine to Indonesia through Sultan Sharif Kasim Airport in Pekanbaru, Riau.
"TA was secured on Sunday at around 10.00 am," Head of local Customs and Excise Office Aminudin said here on Monday.
He said, the perpetrator hid allegedly meth by putting it in the tongue of the right and left shoes that he use.
Aminudin said, the perpetrator boarded Fire Fly plane with flight number 3409 from Subang, Malaysia.
Based on passengers profiling, the local Customs and Excise Officer carried in depth checks to TA, a man, Malaysia resident.
"After We having checked through the lab, it is true that stuff is drugs kind of methamphetamine," he said. (*/DWA)
