Jakarta (Antara Bali) - An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter Scale jolted southwest of Pandeglang, Banten, on Saturday at 08.19 am local time.
According to the Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Agency, the epicenter of the quake was located at 7.21 degree of Southern Latitude and 105.29 degree of Western Longitude or 85km southwest of Pandeglang, Banten, or 157km southwest of Serang, Banten or 204km southwest of Jakarta.
However, the earthquake has no tsunami potential. (*/T007)
