Bogor (Antara Bali) - Heavy rain and strong wind have brought about worse scene of destruction to the district of Bogor of West Java after Sunday's quake that caused hundreds of houses collapsed in the area, some 60 kilometers south of Jakarta.
Strong winds, followed by downpour slammed across the district on Monday leaving hundreds more of houses damaged.
Many people were already left homeless following Sunday's quake 4.8 on the Richter scale that cause more than 450 houses collapsed or damaged in the district.
On Monday, 365 more houses were damaged including 65 almost totally ruined in the district by the stormy rain.
"The hardest hit was the Sukamakmur and Sukaharja villages in the Ciomas sub-district," a spokesman of the Bogor district administration Erwin Suriana said here on Tuesday.(IGT)
