Jayapura (Antara Bali) - Unidentified persons exploded a low intensity bomb inside the Jayawijaya parliament building around 2:15 local time on Saturday.
The bomb was reportedly sourced from the parliament's Honorary Council building and has damaged some of its glass facilities and its ceiling.
No casualties have been reported so far.
However, the police deputy chief of the Papua province, Police Brigadier General Paulus Waterpauw said that the local Jayawijaya police are yet to report any such incident having taken place.(*/T007)
