Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Publicly-listed property developer PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) said shareholders had agreed to allocate 40 percent of its last year's net profit of Rp389 billion as dividends.
In total, the dividend payments would reach Rp155.6 billion or Rp23 per share, Summarecon President Director Johanes Mardjuki said on Thursday.
"The dividends will be paid on July 16, 2012," he said.
He said the remaining net profit would be used as the company's fund reserves.
Summarecon posted a net profit of Rp389 billion last year, a 66 percent increase compared to Rp132 billion a year earlier. The company's income rose 39 percent to Rp2.36 trillion in 2011 from Rp1.43 trillion the year before.(IGT)
