Teachers In Singaraja Asked To Improve Innovation

Singaraja (Antara Bali) - I Putu Gede Parma, an academician of Ganesha Education University (Undiksha) in Singaraja, Bali, has encouraged the teachers in Buleleng district to improve the creativity and innovation in teaching process in schools.

"The teachers should be able to synergize the various models of creative learning, so as to improve the absorption by the students," Parma said in Buleleng district town of Singaraja on Tuesday.

He noted that the teachers should make use of advances in information technology to implement a variety of modern learning models to their students.

Parma added that teachers should also be able to create a pleasant atmosphere in school for students, so that they will not feel bored during the learning process in the classroom.

"Creative teachers are those who have good ideas. They are capable of stimulating students` learning to understand the different types of learning materials," he asserted.

He also invited the teachers to get used to making scientific work as a condition for promotion.(WDY)
