Manado, N Sulawesi (Antara Bali) - Twelve countries attended the Tomohon International Flower Festival (TIFF) held in Tomohon City, North Sulawesi Province, here on Saturday.
"We thank the representatives of 12 countries for their participation in the TIFF. This is appreciated by the government and people of Indonesia," Tomohon Mayor Jimmy F Eman said when opening the TIFF festival.
The 12 foreign countries taking part in the fifth annual festival are the Netherlands, the United States, Germany, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Ghana, France, the Philippines, Poland, India and New Zealand.
The festival also showcased a tournament of flowers attended by six countries, namely France, the United States, the Philippines, Poland, India and New Zealand. (WDY)
