Bandarlampung (Antara Bali) - A moderate quake measuring 5 on the Richter Scale hits southeast of Tanggamus District, Lampung Province, here on Tuesday at 09.09 West Indonesian Time (WIB).
Chief of the local Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Yuharman said the quake is centered at 5.46 degree southern longitude and 104.75 degree eastern latitude at the depth of 10 kilometers.
No report on the damage caused by the earthquake so far. (*/DWA)
