Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Publicly-listed PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) will distribute dividends of Rp1.064 trillion or Rp43.5 per share to shareholders.
The dividends account for 12.56 percent of the bank's profit of Rp8,276 trillion in the year ending on September 30, 2012, BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja said on Monday.
The amount of interim dividend payments was agreed upon at a general meeting of the bank's shareholders this year and approved by the bank's board of commissioners on November 8, he said.
He said the bank's board of directors will set the date for the payment of interim dividends after securing approval from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).(*/DWA)
