"President Jokowi has agreed to issue the special Inpres to the
Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas) and Finance Ministry so that the planning, budgeting, and the realization of national development can be monitored and controlled," Anung remarked here on Wednesday.
The cabinet secretary made the statement in a limited meeting, chaired by President Jokowi, on the Inpres on the synchronization of planning and budgeting.
The meeting was held to discuss the matter because because many programs or plannings that are often out of sync with budgeting.
On the occasion, National Development Planning Minister/Chief of National Development Planning Board (Bappenas) Sofyan Djalil also said the president will issue the special Inpres so that there is a synchronization between planning and budgeting.
Djalil said the Impres will regulate among other things the Special Allocation Funds (DAK), subsidy, village funds, and the tasks of Finance Ministry, Bappenas, and regional government.
"And to regulate how the planning can go forward in a synchronized manner and the budgeting is in accordance with the planning," he said. (WDY)
