Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) opened higher on Monday market as the rupiah weakened against the U.S. dollar.

Rupiah exchange rate in Jakarta interbank's transaction fell 80 points on Monday morning and slightly moved to Rp9.709 position from the previous position of Rp9.629 per U.S. dollar.

The CSPI was opened up 12.82 points, or 0.32 percent to 3989.37 position. While the index of 45 leading shares (LQ45) rose 3.27 points or 0.47 percent to 695.66 points position.(IGT)
