“It is a regular event which offers a complete choice of barbecued and grilled menu; held on Saturdays from 18.00 to 22.00. The menu is a variety of the best creation prepared by the experienced elite members of kitchen team,” Komang Aryana, Executive Chef of Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center, Monday.

The advantage of this Saturday BBQ Dinner Night Out is a complete and diverse variations that could be enjoyed for only Rp 65,000 nett per person. There are many optional variations of menu, start from appetizer such as salads, assorted meat and seafood to the mouth-watering desserts.

The barbecue is especially prepared at the terrace of Jempiring Restaurant of Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center. However, if the costumers demand a different atmosphere, another options of location such as the amphitheater for outdoor nuance and the Poolside for edge of the pool nuance. This event would be suitable for teenagers hangout, simple gathering, or reunion as well.

Although identically BBQ comes from Western culture, Saturday BBQ Dinner Night Out of Aston Denpasar Hotel & Convention Center offers a menu which is the result of an epic fusion between Western and Indonesian cuisine. It could be seen from the Indonesian dishes such as Tumis Sayuran, Martabak, Ayam Panggang and Es Krim Goreng. In addition, a typical menu of Indonesia, well known as Nasi Goreng is also prepared.

"The dishes that we provide are very diversed and cooked directly based on the guests order, thus the ripening process could be witnessed by the guests. It is a live cooking.
