Kuala Lumpur (Antara Bali) -- Indonesian President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo, flanked by First Lady Iriana, arrived in Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Saturday at 7.05 p.m. local time, where they were welcomed by Malaysian officials.

The president arrived in Kuala Lumpur after completing his two-day state visit in China, following his trip to Japan that began on March 22.

Upon their arrival in Kuala Lumpur, Jokowi and the First Lady directly proceeded to the wedding reception of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak's daughter.
Cabinet Secretary Andi Widjajanto said that he did not have details of the prime minister's daughter's wedding party, nor did he know where the reception was being held.

"It (the wedding reception) is a very private affair and not for the public," he explained.

Widjajanto and a few other ministers, including Foreign Affairs Minister Retno L. P. Marsudi, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Sofyan Djalil, Trade Minister Rachmat Gobel, and Chief of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Franky Sibarani, directly returned to Jakarta after accompanying the president during his state visits from March 22 to 28.

The day after tomorrow, the president and the First Lady are scheduled to attend the funeral of Singapore's former prime minister Lee Kuan Yeuw. Jokowi is expected to return home on Sunday, March 29.

During his state visit, the president was accompanied by Foreign Affairs Minister Retno L. P. Marsudi, Trade Minister Rahmat Gobel, State Enterprises Minister Rini Soewandi, Cabinet Secretary Andi Wijayanto, Commander of the Defense Forces General Moeldoko, and Chief of the BKPM Franky Sibarani.
