Tanjung Redeb (Antara Bali) - The district of Berau in  East Kalimantan  will soon have a 10-floor hotels with the expansion and modernization of an old hotel in the municipal city.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Wednesday to mark the start of work to expand the  Bumi Segah  Hotel by District Head  Makmur HAPK at  jalan Pulau Sambit, Tanjung Redeb here on Thursday.

Makmur expressed appreciation  of the interest shown by investors in his district area.

The operation of the hotel is also expected to contribute to the district income, Bumi Segah Hotel director  Hendri Lesmana  said.

The hotel would have 35 suite rooms  and a presidential suite  complete with other facilities  such as fitness center. (*/DWA)
