Berlin (Antara Bali) - RI President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has played a role as an Indonesia's tourism "salesman" on the opening ceremony of Internationale Tourismus Borse (ITB) 2013, an international tourism exhibition, in Berlin, Tuesday night.

As a salesman, President Yudhoyono said to promote in front of 5,000 people from global tourism industry, which also attended by German Counselor Angela Merkel, that Indonesia has many interesting and unique places other than Bali.

"Among of them is Borobudur Temple which is noted as a world heritage, and komodo which is famous as a 'jurrasic park' of Indonesia, and many others," he said.

He also promoted that to those who like diving and snorkeling activities, Indonesia has Bunaken in Manado, North Sulawesi and North Maluku. On the either side, Indonesia has also adventurous mountains for the hikers.

"We also have the lost paradise, Raja Ampat in Papua, for the divers and many traditional cuisines, one of which is 'rendang'from Padang, West Sumatera that inaugurated as the most delicious food in the world by CNN network. But, that is just one example, we have many others like sate and nasi goreng," he said which was followed by the applause from the guests.
