Jimbaran (Antara Bali) - PT Yamaha Motor Kencana Indonesia (YMKI), the agent for Yamaha motorcycles in the country said it hopes to dispose of up to 400 units of new Yamaha product of Jupiter Z1 per month in Bali.
"We are optimistic to reach the target as Jupiter Z1 is energy saving , 20 percent more efficient," YMKI marketing officer for Bali Andreas Tjahyadi said.
The sales target in Bali is around 10 percent of the total sales in the country for the new product of automatic scooters, Andreas said here on Saturday.
Automatic scooters have gained domination of motorcycle market in Bali putting behind the cub type, he said.
The cub type long dominated the market before automatic scooters hit the market in the country.
Andreas said by the end of this month, Jupiter Z1 is expected to be available in all Yamaha dealers in Bali.(IGT)
