Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Indonesia's gross domestic growth (GDP) has increased rapidly to 9 trillion US dollars, Trade Minister Gita Wirjawan said.
"Accumulated in 2010 to 2030 period, the GDP will reach 63 trillion US dollars, and we estimated that 30 pct of it came from investments," Minister Gita said after attending a seminar in Jakarta Wednesday.
He also believed that in the next 20 years Indonesia's capital budget may grow to 18 trillion US dollars.
"Since the condition constituted 30 pct of Indonesia's accumulated GDP, our total trade may reach 30 trillion US dollars," he said.
Gita said if this condition could be maintained, it will raise Indonesia's ranking to AAA and create a chance for Indonesia to become a creditor for other countries.(IGT)
