Jakarta (Antara Bali) - PT Pertamina Lubricants is aggressive in seeking market expansion for its lube oil products through strategic cooperation with distributors abroad.
"Currently we already expanded market to 14 countries and has 16 distributors of lube oil abroad," Vice President of Sales & Marketing - Overseas of PT Pertamina Lubricants Arifun Dhalia said in a statement received here on Monday.
Arifun hopes to be able to continue to carry the name of Pertamina and Indonesia to global forums and convince foreign consumers about the quality of Indonesian products of lubricant.
He said he was confident the Pertamina's lube oils could compete well in international market.
"As the market leader in the country we have the responsibility to continue to support the government efforts in economic development through exports," he said.
PT Pertamina Lubricants is a subsidiary of the state oil and gas company PT Pertamina producing automotive lubricant oil.
Vietnam is one of the countries in which lube oil products of Pertamina Lubricants have gained strong market foothold. (WDY)
