Bandung (Antara Bali) - West Java Governor Ahmad Heryawan set minimum wages districts / cities in 2015 this province, Friday night.

"God willing, all have agreed, and this can be said to be the final, despite the recommendation of regents and mayors if needed discussion we do discussion," the governor said after the determination of
UMK 2015.

He said the establishment of SMEs based on Law No. 13 Year 2003 on Employment and Presidential Decree No. 107 of 2003 on Wage Council and the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 7 of 2013 concerning Minimum Wage.

He delivered the highest
UMK Karawang regency of Rp2.957.450, while the lowest UMK Kudat District of Rp1.131.862.

The next highest percentage increase in the value of
UMK Majalengka District of 24.50 percent or Rp1.245.000.

Based on public data values Living Needs (KHL) in 2014 in the city of Bekasi, West Java for the highest and the lowest Rp2.529.035 Rp1.187.727 Kuningan District.

"The highest percentage rise in the value of the KHL is in Bekasi by 28.92 percent or Rp2.529.035," he said.

The governor said the increase in
UMK set has considered the increase in fuel prices.

Although, he added, there are four districts / cities still under the KHL for the recommendations given to the West Java province after the fuel price hike.

"Of the 27 districts / cities, 23 have reached the KHL while the fourth is still under KHL like Pangandaran, Ciamis, Banjar and Garut," he said.

UMK determination reason to midnight, the governor revealed as new Bekasi District Government MSEs submit recommendations around 23:00 pm.

"The deadline until 00.00 pm. Bekasi only submitted 11 pm, and thank God, we can finish in West Java, and for UMK 2015 had nothing left," he said. (MFD)
