KPK Summons Head of Jakarta High Prosecution Office

Jakarta (Antara Bali) - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned Head of the Jakarta High Prosecution Office Didiek Darmanto for questioning in the case of tax fraud involving a steel company PT The Master Steel.

"He is investigated  in the case with Mohammad Dian Irwan as the suspect," KPK's head of the report and information department, Priharsa Nugraha, said here on Monday.

Didiek refused to answer question by reporters upon arrival at the KPK office Monday morning.

KPK already named five suspects in the case including the director of  PT The Master Steel Diah Soembedi, managers of  PT The Master Steel Teddy Mulyawan  and Effendy Komala  and two officials of the East Jakarta taxation directorate Eko Darmayanto  and Mohammad Dian Irwan. (IGT)
