Jakarta (Antara Bali) - Indonesia's Foreign Affairs Minister Marty Natalegawa in a meeting with the United States' State Secretary John Kerry on Thursday (May 16) in Washington discussed current bilateral relations and global issues in which the two countries share the same interest.

According to a press release from Indonesian Foreign Affairs Ministry received here on Friday, both ministers made commitment to step up bilateral relations between Indonesia and the US in various sectors as mandated by the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement signed by leaders of the two countries in last 2010.

Both ministers also agreed that there needs flexibility in conducting bilateral cooperation with the hope it may ease off the implementation of cooperation. (*/M038)
